Tech Week is a decentralized tech conference presented by a16z. Every Tech Week, hundreds of events take place across the host city — from hackathons to panel events, community meetups and more. Every event is organized individually by startups, companies and VCs.

Event submissions are OPEN NOW! We are actively reviewing events for SF and LA Tech Weeks (SF: October 5-11 and LA: October 12-18, 2026). To submit a proposal, head to tech-week.com/host and submit your event. Your submission will be reviewed by our team and we'll be in touch once your event is approved. The event format is up to you. Popular formats are panels, happy hours, hackathons, lunches, or experiential events.

Tech Week will debut in Boston (NEW!) and return to New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles during the following dates in 2026: Boston (5/26 to 5/31), New York (6/1 to 6/7), San Francisco (10/5 to 10/11), Los Angeles (10/12 to 10/18).

Each event during Tech Week is hosted by an individual company. Once we launch the official calendar, you can browse events and apply to attend, and individual event hosts will be in touch about your registration status.
